Overview

Jack Henry, a publicly traded financial technology leader headquartered in Monett, MO, just southwest of Springfield, sits at the center of American finance—quietly helping shape its future. With over $2 billion in revenue and more than 7,000 employees, Jack Henry powers mission-critical operations for community banks and credit unions nationwide.

At this level, communication is everything. To elevate collaboration between teams across multiple national locations, Jack Henry partnered with Paragon to deliver fully integrated conference, training, and workspace environments—combining advanced audio, video, control, and custom fabrication into a unified solution.

“The project has definitely created a much-needed space for us, and it is proving to be a valuable addition to our operations.”

High-Performance Workplace Technology

At Jack Henry’s headquarters in Monett, MO, Paragon 360 delivered a fully integrated, enterprise-grade collaboration environment designed to elevate training, communication, and presentation experiences across the campus.

In the Team’s Training Rooms, Paragon deployed multiple 16:9 ReveLux CrystalFlex LED walls featuring advanced Flip-Chip SMD technology and an ultra-fine 1.2mm pixel pitch. The displays provide exceptional contrast, impact resistance, and lifelike image clarity assuring that every Microsoft Teams meeting, presentation, and video feed is delivered with remarkable precision.

These environments are powered by a certified Q-SYS control platform and enhanced with QSC PTZ cameras utilizing intelligent preset recall and Seervision tracking technology. The system automatically follows presenters, creating a dynamic, immersive experience for remote participants. Shure MXA920 ceiling array microphones provide pristine speech reinforcement and automated camera triggering, seamlessly focusing attention on active speakers.

In addition, Paragon implemented five Neat-equipped Teams Rooms featuring Neat Bars, Neat Center cameras, scheduling panels, table controls, bring your own device (BYOD) connectivity, and ReveLux Magnavision displays ranging from 86” to 110”—creating consistent, high-performance collaboration spaces throughout the facility.

The Monett lobby was also transformed with a 16:9 ReveLux CrystalFlex LED wall, Theory Audio loudspeakers, Bluesound network music playback, Shure wireless handheld microphones, BYOD HDMI connectivity, and an intuitive Q-SYS touchscreen interface for volume and source control—delivering a polished, modern first impression for employees and visitors alike.

Architectural Brand Integration

A major differentiator of the project was Paragon’s custom fabrication scope, which ensured technology and architecture worked as one cohesive experience. Custom elements included:

• Frosted glass treatments with Jack Henry branding
• Dimensional conference room lettering
• Illuminated round JH logo feature
• Printed acoustical panels featuring company founders
• Custom branded sit/stand podium tables
• Adjustable-height branded lecterns
• Frosted glass dry-erase whiteboards
• Branded dimensional background walls
• Live-edge walnut slab signage with etched epoxy logo

These elements reinforced brand presence while maintaining clean, modern corporate aesthetics.

Enterprise Integration at Scale

The Springfield, MO, Jack Henry location also underwent significant technological upgrades including their main conference room, which also doubles as a Teams Meeting Room. Equipment at the Springfield location included one 10’ X 6’ 1.5MM ReveLux Story Glass Crystal Flex LED Wall as main display in conference room in addition to three 55” ReveLux displays being used as confidence monitors all driven by Q-Sys Core with a Teams Room backbone. Additional equipment included QSC PTZ cameras, QSC 6.5” 2-way ceiling speakers, Shure ceiling mics, and MXA handheld and body pack mics.

Ongoing Partnership

Following the success of the Missouri deployments, Paragon 360 has continued its partnership with Jack Henry & Associates with additional projects completed in Allen, TX, and new work in Overland Park, KS, including upgrades to eight conference rooms and the main lobby.

This project was significant for us—the largest of its kind and our first experience deploying this technology at such scale across numerous rooms,” said Zach Doss. “Paragon provided exceptional support from initial planning through final completion. Their expertise and responsiveness ensured a seamless process and a highly successful outcome.
