Building the Experience Before the Building Was Finished
Paragon Fabrication partnered with enterprise partner Paragon 360 to help bring Venture Church Naples to life through extensive offsite custom fabrication, themed environments, architectural elements, custom acoustical features, and turnkey installation.
While construction on the new 55,000 square foot, $35M campus was progressing in Naples, FL with General Contractor DeAngelis Diamond, Paragon Fabrication was simultaneously designing, engineering, building, and preparing hundreds of custom elements at its Springfield, Missouri campus. This parallel workflow allowed major portions of the project to be fabricated offsite ahead of schedule—dramatically accelerating installation timelines while helping control costs and maintain accountability.
Because the same team that designed and built the project also installed it, Venture Church benefited from a streamlined process with tighter quality control, faster execution, and a seamless integration into the overall Paragon 360 project delivery. What could have taken months of onsite construction was transformed into an efficient, highly coordinated installation process.

Immersive Environments Tell a Story
At Venture Church, fabrication wasn’t simply decorative—it was foundational to the experience. Inspired by the church’s spirit of adventure and exploration, Paragon Fabrication designed and built immersive themed environments that transformed ordinary spaces into unforgettable destinations for children and families.
The children’s ministry areas featured a full-scale airplane, boats, trains, stylized trees, canopy structures, sea creatures, bubble walls, themed check-in environments, murals, and custom signage. Every element was intentionally designed to spark imagination, engagement, and curiosity.
These weren’t prefabricated décor packages—they were fully custom environments designed specifically for Venture Church and fabricated entirely in-house by the Paragon Fabrication team.
The storytelling extended well beyond children’s ministry. Across the campus, fabrication elements included custom welcome desks, connect boards, coffee kiosks, lobby pergolas, feature walls, branded environments, signage, and a digital history wall—all carefully crafted to reinforce the identity and mission of Venture Church.
Custom Fabrication Across the Campus
Paragon Fabrication’s scope extended throughout nearly every major space on the campus.
Inside the sanctuary, fabrication played a defining architectural role through custom scenic and acoustical elements designed to support both aesthetics and functionality. These included illuminated front-of-stage facades, architectural wall columns, rear-stage scenic pixel tape features, custom camera risers, a custom drum enclosure, acoustical ceiling clouds, and the pastor’s new pulpit.
These elements were fabricated offsite before being delivered and installed onsite by the Paragon team—allowing for faster deployment and greater consistency in finish quality.
In total, well over 190 custom acoustical ceiling clouds and treatments were designed, built, and installed throughout the campus. Many of these elements blended acoustical performance with architectural design, while printed acoustic treatments in children’s spaces contributed to the immersive themed environments.
Engineered for Beauty and Durability
One of the project’s most iconic features stands just outside the facility—a 15-foot custom aluminum cross designed, fabricated, and installed by Paragon Fabrication. The structure was engineered to withstand hurricane-force winds while still carrying the warmth and texture of hand-carved woodgrain detailing. Equal parts engineering and artistry, the cross serves as both a visual landmark and a symbol of the church’s mission. This balance between creative vision and real-world durability is central to the Paragon Fabrication approach.
The Advantage of Offsite Fabrication
The Venture Church project is a powerful example of the advantages of offsite custom fabrication paired with turnkey installation. By fabricating major project components offsite while construction progressed onsite, Paragon Fabrication helped compress timelines, reduce onsite congestion, improve quality control, and create more predictable project costs.
Because Paragon Fabrication self-performed installation, accountability remained with the same team from concept through completion—eliminating many of the coordination challenges that often occur between fabrication vendors and field installers.
The result was faster execution, greater efficiency, and a level of creativity not limited by traditional jobsite constraints.
A Collaborative Vision Realized
In partnership with Paragon 360 and DeAngelis Diamond, Paragon Fabrication helped transform Venture Church from a growing portable ministry into a permanent campus designed for long-term impact. What began as raw materials inside a fabrication facility ultimately became immersive environments where families gather, children engage, and lives are changed. Because at the end of the day, it’s not just about what you build. It’s about how you build it.
